The Heart Wall Explained

March 28, 2019 By Amy Pearson Leave a Comment

The Power of the Heart

I watched a documentary a couple of years ago called “The Power of the Heart.”  It’s about a scientific study looking at the body’s response to different pictures.   The pictures shown to the participants  were of different subject matter such as war or dangerous animals.  Others were of nice subject matter like fuzzy teddy bears and flowers.

What was being studied was the body’s response to the pictures. The researchers found that 100% of the time, the area of the body that reacted first was the heart.  From the heart, the brain registered a response next, and then the body. As the body responded, it was reflected by facial response,  auditory noises and goosebumps or hair that raises on your arm.

To me, this study helps to explain the presence of the Heart Wall.  This study proved that the heart sends messages to the cells of our body, and the brain actually responds to the messages the heart is telling it. The conclusion was that the heart can actually hold and remember things that have happened to us, whether they’re good or bad.

Why this is important?

Because in many ancient cultures, the heart is considered to be the seat of our soul or the core of our being. It’s definitely the source of love for one another and the source for all our creativity. So it’s my belief that if your heart isn’t whole, then the cost to you is that you could lose access to your spirit and to your joy.

What is a Heart Wall?

Let’s talk about this in terms of the Heart Wall and what it is. As you go through life, you experience happy events and you experience those that are the exact opposite. If the heart can remember both of those experiences, then the Heart Wall is made up of those energies from those experiences.  When I work on the Heart Wall, I find and remove the negative energy of the bad experiences.

This is very easy to do. I’m trained to do it, and it’s super easy. It doesn’t hurt, and actually leaves you feeling really good – most clients report feeling ‘lighter.’

Types of Heart Walls:

  • Life Heart Wall

This is the primary place you hold your heart memories.  Dr. Bradley Nelson, developer of Emotion Code and Body Code, teaches that experiences help form an energy wall. We love the positive energy in the energy wall! However, the energy wall can also hold those negative experiences. As we encounter a life experience that is more negative in nature, we can ‘grab’ those energies as if saying, “Wow, that experience was kind of painful, and I’m going to take that energy and guard my heart.  Next time that happens, it’s not going to hurt so much.”  This is the construction of your Heart Wall.

  • Relationship Heart Wall

Sometimes people hold their heart memories in a separate place I call a Relationship Heart Wall.  These negative energies can exist between husbands and wives, parents and children, siblings, etc.  The first Relationship Heart Wall I found was between a mother and her teen aged daughter.  The mom could feel the negative energy between she and her daughter and wanted it cleared.  We started right at the Heart Wall.  Once the negative Heart Wall energy is cleared, those relationships can transform for the better because the transformation doesn’t have to occur between and around negative energies.

  • Traumatic Event Heart Wall

I find there are also heart energies around events in our life like the loss of a loved one.  Once the heart imprint of that grief is addressed and cleared, the grieving process can really be transformed.  I remember a young client who lost her husband in a tragic accident.  After about a year, she came to me for help in the grieving process.  She was ready to begin to move forward.  As I asked how I could lift her emotionally, spiritually, and physically, we found a Heart Wall.  The entire heart wall was built around her loss.  Removing the Heart Wall energies did allow her to move forward in life.

In Conclusion

There may have been a time or two when you went through something in your life that left emotional baggage.  This baggage just may be the energy that is holding you back and keeping you from experiencing all of the joy and love you are meant to feel!

The good news is, you don’t have to continue your life holding onto these negative heart imprints!  They are easy to remove and can help you move forward in many areas of your life!

Can An Allergy Idea Be Holding You Back?

January 8, 2018 By Amy Pearson Leave a Comment

The answer is YES!  But, it helps to know what an Allergy Idea is.

What is an Allergy Idea?

An Allergy Idea is an energy that results from negativity around a certain idea.  For instance, during the last election campaign it seemed as if half of all Americans were allergic to the idea of Donald Trump being elected president while the other half was allergic to the idea of Hillary Clinton being elected.  It’s that energy that makes you exclaim, “The thought of that just makes me feel (fill in with a negative emotion)!”

For me, I used to have an allergy to the idea of swimming in the ocean.  You see, I love the Hawaiian Islands but preferred to be BY the water or ON the water (as in a boat).  Why?  Because the thought of being touched by a fish, or eaten by a shark was a true allergy idea!  Spiders don’t bother me, but a fish touching me was like YUCK!

Allergy ideas are generated during any time in our lives and they can really hold us back and prevent us from being the best we can be.  There can be simple allergy ideas like mine is, and others are fairly significant.  I want to share a story (with permission) about one that I found with a client recently.

I have a client whose subconscious has been sending her clear messages to love herself and begin to take better care of herself physically.  When our subconscious sends us messages that we have power over our own bodies and lives, this creates an environment for the most powerful kind of healing.  The message being sent was to take care and make changes NOW.  My client was trying  but just wasn’t making the changes she needed to make.  The underlying cause was fascinating.

Using Body Code techniques, we found an imbalance in her Central Nervous System caused by an allergy to the idea of being diagnosed with fibromyalgia.  She confirmed that this diagnosis was really stressful for her.  As an energy practitioner, I always ask if there are other energies that are a “fabric” of the allergy idea.  I look for energies that are entwined with it, helped to create it, or help to hold the idea firmly in place.  What I found in this case was truly amazing.  There were many pieces to this allergy idea.

As we worked together, I found several other mental energies that had the emotion of unsupported linked to it.  This included a saboteur energy, a thought energy which is how she thought about herself and an image energy which is how she pictured herself.

As I continued on, I asked if we could know what was generating all of this energy of being unsupported.  The answer we got was that she had a negative belief that she could not create a change for herself by herself.  It came as “I can’t do this myself.”  Knowing this was the heart of the problem we released this belief and created a new belief.

I used Psych-K to install a new belief of “I am determined and can do this successfully.”   When creating a new belief, it helps to have action steps that help to create a positive environment for this belief to take root.  For instance, I can install a belief that I will be an Olympic Athlete, but unless I take action steps like finding a trainer and actually training, my goal in this belief will never be realized.

For my client, she created the action step that daily she would think about, write down, and commit to one good thing all day to do to take care of herself and create change.  For example, one goal is to stop drinking diet soda.  From there, she will continue to build healthy new habits with the goal of helping herself back to greater physical well-being.

Introducing Psych-K: Beyond Affirmations, Will Power, and Positive Thinking

July 5, 2017 By Amy Pearson 2 Comments

As a holistic healing practitioner I always want to be open to expanding my skills and exploring more ways of being the best energy practitioner I can be!  In that regard, I want to introduce you to Psych-K and will be paraphrasing this blog from the literature given to me in order to relay the information accurately.

Although I am trained in Emotion Code and Body Code which I love sharing with all of you, I do find that working in the Body Code system for resolving limiting beliefs (known as T-3), can be difficult and time-consuming for me.  Many of my fellow BC practitioners LOVE T-3.  Because of how I feel, I kept looking for a method to help facilitate the change in beliefs at the subconscious level.  I finally discovered Psych-K as a method that works to change subconscious beliefs and I am thrilled that I did.

What is Psych–K?

Psych-K is a simple and direct way to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind where nearly all human behavior – both constructive and destructive – originates.  Its overall purpose is to accelerate individual and global evolution by aligning subconscious beliefs with conscious wisdom.

I learned that because our reality is created by our beliefs, these beliefs (usually subconscious) are often the result of lifelong programming and are a powerful influence on our behavior.  It is the subconscious mind that stores our attitudes, values and beliefs.  From these beliefs we develop perceptions about ourselves, others and the world around us.  From these perceptions, we develop our behaviors.   Of course, it is the self-defeating behaviors we want to change. To change the behaviors, we need to change the subconscious belief(s) that supports it.  Other areas of belief that are self-limiting include spirituality, self-esteem, health and body issues, financial abundance, relationships and career.

For me, I work consistently on remaining cancer free and keeping my body healthy.

During the training I was helped to balance for a personal goal of:  It is easy and rewarding for me to do all that I need to do to be healthy like I was when I was 12 years old.  While I had a main core-belief of ‘I can’, I also held ‘I can’t’.  In addition to others, I also held the belief that around my healing I had a core-belief of ‘I expect the worst to happen.’  That may explain why I was always wondering if the “other shoe was going to drop.”  Yikes!

Using Psych K balancing processes, I am now congruent in all areas of my core beliefs around my goal.  That feels wonderful.  Mind you, I will be taking my supplements, watching my diet, getting my exercise, and keeping my stress in check in order to fully meet this goal!  It feels great to have this helpful tool to help!

What is a Psych-K Balance?

A Psych-K Balance is a process designed to create a balanced identification with both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex.  This is called being in the ‘whole brain state’ and is ideal for reprogramming the mind with new self-enhancing beliefs.  It is the balance that creates potential, but you create results through your actions.  The balance transforms the subconscious resistance you may have to achieving a goal, but you need to put in effort to achieve the goal.  For example, while balancing to reduce disease in the body, you still need to take the appropriate steps to help the body heal itself.  For example, medical treatment, diet, exercise, etc.

How Long Does It Take For A Balance To Work?

Results may be felt instantaneously or may evolve over time (hours, days, weeks or longer).   It simply depends on the goal.  Finding a new job by balancing for confidence in changing jobs would be of great value.  However, it may take additional time and action such as researching new career opportunities, writing a resume, and going on interviews to complete the goal.

How Long Does A Balance Last?

Balances seem to last until they are no longer useful to the subconscious mind, or until you decide to balance for a new goal.  Life itself may remind you when it is time to change some aspect of your reality.  Unfortunately the reminder often takes place in the form of trauma or other emotionally charged situations in order to get your attention.
